INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this short survey is to gather your feedback on the resources the World Federation of Occupational Therapists (WFOT) provided to assist in the celebrations for World Occupational Therapy Day 2020.
The information will be used to evaluate WFOT's performance and develop ideas for World Occupational Therapy Day 2021. The results may be disseminated via publications, conferences and online media on behalf of WFOT.
The survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. Responses are completely anonymous - unless you choose to leave identifiable data in the feedback question at the end of the survey.
