1. Introduction

Thank you for your interest in joining the World Federation of Occupational Therapists (WFOT).

Please review the information below and then complete the questions on the following pages.

Membership requirements
Affiliate Membership is open to occupational therapy organisations interested in the development of occupational therapy and wishing to be affiliated with WFOT. Members of the occupational therapy organisation must be:
·        Qualified occupational therapists / occupational therapy assistants;
·        Members of their National Association; and
·        Individual Members of WFOT.

Benefits of Membership
·        Dedicated profile on the WFOT website including logo and contact details
·        WFOT Affiliate Membership Logo that can be used on your website and publications
·        30% off standard advertising

Affiliate membership is a non-voting category.

Cost of membership
$50 USD per annum

Application Process
1.      Applicants are requested to complete all required fields of the application form
2.      Applications are accepted online only.
3.      A WFOT representative will review the application and provide feedback about the outcome.
4.      Successful applications will receive further instructions of how to pay the membership fee.
5.      Membership will commence from the date the membership fees are received for a period of 12 months.
6.      Membership fees are non-refundable.
